It's just that CCP are having a few technical difficulties with my account, it went dead on July 12th, I was told it had been fixed on the 15th... And still nothing.

Oh man that sucks. What kind of problem is it?
A technical SNAUU on CCPs end updating all the media accounts, some are fixed, but mine four days now after being told it was fixed is still dead :(
